Fifth Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred in Elmont on Thursday, 10/28/10 at 10:22 P.M.
According to detectives, a male subject approached two male victims standing on Roslyn Ave., punched one victim three times in the face and knocked the other one to the ground. The subject then takes one victim’s I-Phone and flees in an unknown direction.
No injuries were reported.
The subject (race unknown) was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and a grey bandana on his face. No further description is available.
Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding this crime to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
